Who we are

chainlinks.ai is operated by ChAInLinks LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact and discovery forms: name, email, and anything you choose to include — company, phone number, and your answers to the discovery questions.
• Demo and concierge chats: the messages you type to the agents on this site. Demo agents run against mock business data; your chat messages are processed to generate replies and may be retained in logs.
• Scheduling: if you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking details you provide there.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) used for security and rate limiting.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and scope work you ask us about.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and the demo agents.
• To send you what you asked for — nothing else. We don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site — email delivery, hosting/network infrastructure, and internal notification tooling — receive only what they need to do their job. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Training assessments

Training accounts store your display name, email address and a protected password hash. Course feedback stores your report, optional rating and lesson reference for the instructor to review. The training assessment stores your display name, class membership when applicable, answer choices, scores, saved progress and the questions you submit. A private browser session lets you return to your own results. The Chainlinks instructor can review these records; other participants cannot view your record through their sessions.

An instructor may select your questions for AI-assisted teaching drafts. The model provider receives selected question text and lesson excerpts with temporary participant labels, rather than your stored name or learner identifier. Anything personal you write in the question text may still be included, so leave out confidential information. Assessment grading uses the recorded answer key and does not require AI processing.

For signed-in learners, we also record active days and last activity to understand repeat use, alongside lesson progress, quiz results and optional feedback ratings. We use this information to improve training; account creation does not subscribe you to marketing. The browser session expires after 30 days; that does not automatically delete training records. You can request deletion through the contact address above. Signing out removes access from the current session.

SMS and calls

This website does not send you SMS. Client deployments of our systems send SMS only to recipients who opted in through the client's own forms, honor STOP requests, and use operator-approved templates.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records afterward. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we'll handle it promptly.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
