What we collect

• Contact and discovery forms: name, email, and anything you choose to include — company, phone number, and your answers to the discovery questions.
• Demo and concierge chats: the messages you type to the agents on this site. Demo agents run against mock business data; your chat messages are processed to generate replies and may be retained in logs.
• Scheduling: if you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking details you provide there.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) used for security and rate limiting.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and scope work you ask us about.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and the demo agents.
• To send you what you asked for — nothing else. We don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site — email delivery, hosting/network infrastructure, and internal notification tooling — receive only what they need to do their job. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

SMS and calls

This website does not send you SMS. Client deployments of our systems send SMS only to recipients who opted in through the client's own forms, honor STOP requests, and use operator-approved templates.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records afterward. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we'll handle it promptly.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
