The basics

chainlinks.ai is operated by ChAInLinks LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you engage us for paid work, that engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which controls over these terms where they differ.

Demos are demos

• The agents, dashboards, ledgers, and statistics on the demo pages run against mock business data and are labeled as such. They demonstrate workflows; they are not records of any real business.
• Demo claim codes, offers, and QR codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for goods or services unless expressly issued to you by a participating business.
• Agent responses are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Don't rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or probe it; no automated scraping of the chat endpoints; no submitting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no using the demos to generate content that violates someone else's rights. We rate-limit and may block traffic that violates this section.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and the systems behind it belong to ChAInLinks LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or by a written agreement with us.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChAInLinks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Paid engagements carry the warranties and limits written into their own agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law rules.
